Connie Goodwin Recognized at Wilson College Academic Awards

Connie Goodwin, a student at Wilson College, received the E. Grace White Prize and the Alice Martin Brumbaugh Award in Sociology at Wilson's 2012 Academic Awards presentation held May 3. The E. Grace White Prize is awarded to a senior whose major field is biology or biochemistry, and who has demonstrated outstanding achievement and plans a career involving the biological sciences. The Alice Martin Brumbaugh Award in Sociology is awarded to a woman student who has entered the College at a nontraditional age and shows a special interest and/or outstanding promise as a student in the discipline of sociology.

Goodwin, of Ft. Loudon, PA, is majoring in biochemistry.
